By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

The sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

There are two ways to enter during the Sweepstakes Period. Each method provides one (1) entry, and entries
received through either method have the same chance of winning. Purchase Entry: Complete a purchase at blyssofficial.com during the Sweepstakes Period. Entry is automatic; the name, email address, and shipping address on the order will be used for the entry. Purchases made through third-party retailers or marketplaces do not generate an entry. Free Entry: Visit https://blyssofficial.com/pages/sweepstakes and follow the directions provided to complete and submit the entry form. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2026 to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address, regardless of entry method or number of purchases. Additional purchases or form submissions will not result in additional entries. Orders from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements will not generate an entry. Making a purchase or submitting an entry form during the Sweepstakes Period constitutes participation in the sweepstakes. Entries generated by artificial intelligence, script, mechanical, macro or other automated means that may subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about October 7, 2026 by Sponsor from a single pool of all eligible purchase and free entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified by email. If a potential winner does not respond to the initial notification within seven (7) days, does not return a completed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/ Publicity Release within seven (7) days of receipt, or if a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or such potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner selected. Prize will be shipped to winner at the U.S. address provided at time of winner confirmation. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

One (1) prize will be awarded: a smart ring (subscription/membership not included). Approximate Retail Value of the smart ring is up to $499. Winner will select ring size and finish from those available at the time of fulfillment. Sponsor will provide winner with a sizing kit before the prize is ordered. ARV ranges from $399 to $499 depending on finish selected. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its discretion, to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. Prize is not redeemable for cash. All prize details are at Sponsor’s discretion. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners. The sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any such brand or owner.

Winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use their name, address (city and state), photo/image, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes, in any and all media now known or later discovered, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without additional compensation or notification to, or permission from, winner.

Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, service agencies, independent contractors, advertising and promotion agencies, web hosting and service and fulfillment providers, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize or participation in this sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, postage-due or garbled entries, email, mail, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize, or in any sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to a person's device related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website.

Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be
void. Sponsor reserves the right, at its discretion, to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes should any portion of the sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries. If terminated, Sponsor may, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received before action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.

All matters arising out of or relating to the sweepstakes are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of Delaware or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than those of the State of Delaware.
