    All orders leave our international fulfillment center via a network of trusted global logistics partners. Final, last‑mile delivery is handled by your national postal service (e.g., USPS, Canada Post) or an equivalent courier, ensuring reliable door‑to‑door service.

    2. Shipping Costs

    Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, weight, and any active promotions. Import duties or taxes (where applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient and will be assessed by local customs.

    3. Order Processing Time

    • Processing window: 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
    • Each order undergoes a quality check and secure packaging before dispatch.

    4. Order Cut‑Off Time

    Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time enter the processing queue the same business day. Orders submitted after this cut‑off begin processing the next business day.

    5. Delivery Timeframes

    Average transit time after dispatch is 10–14 calendar days. Remote locations or peak‑season volumes may extend delivery by several days. You will receive a tracking link once your parcel is in the carrier’s hands; please allow up to 48 hours for tracking data to update.

    6. Shipping Restrictions

    • We currently ship to the United States and internationally.

    • We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or jurisdictions where our products are restricted.

    • Oversized or regulated items may require special handling; affected customers will be contacted directly.

    7. Handling of Shipping Delays

    Weather events, customs inspections, or carrier backlogs can occasionally slow delivery. If tracking shows no movement for seven (7) consecutive days, email us at info@blyssofficial.com with your order number so we can open an investigation and keep you updated.

    8. Lost or Damaged Packages

    If your parcel arrives damaged—or has not arrived within 30 days of shipment—notify us at info@blyssofficial.com within seven (7) days. Please include:

    2. Clear photos of any damage (if applicable)
    3. A brief description of the issue

    9. Address Accuracy

    Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot refund or reship orders delayed or lost due to incomplete or inaccurate address details.
